Return / Exchange Policy
In-store returns / exchanges: Returns will be honored within 14 days of purchase for Gjusta Goods credit or exchange. All vintage items are final sale. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with store receipt.
Online store returns / exchanges: Returns will be honored within 14 days of purchase for Gjusta Goods credit or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with store receipt. All returns must be approved by Gjusta Goods. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com with the order number from your store receipt. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package. If an item is accepted for return, refunds will be provided in the form of Gjusta Goods credit, less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All return packages must be insured.
If you receive a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of the damaged item, a photograph of the shipping package, and the order number from your store receipt. Please note if a damaged item is accepted for return, refunds will be provided in the form of Gjusta Goods credit or exchange of the original item purchased. In the event the original item is not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed.
All orders are shipped with USPS on business days (Monday through Friday). Saturday deliveries are not available at this time.
All orders are processed and shipped from our Venice, CA location within two business days of purchase. Transit times are provided by USPS and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.
Gjusta Goods is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. For international shipping inquiries, please email email@example.com.
