Working with our friend Engin in Istanbul, we've given new life to vintage Turkish kilims (flat woven cloths) dating between 65 and 100 years old. These vintage pieces have been cut, naturally dyed and hand stitched to create beautiful new custom rugs by women in Turkey. Due to the handmade and vintage nature of these rugs, imperfections and uneven dye tones should be expected and embraced as they add to the overall character of the rug.¬†

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Rotate rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear. Vacuum as need using suction only, no bristles.¬†Spot clean with damp cloth; water only. Do not use soap or cleaning products as they could damage or fade the rug. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
